Product Information We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However, minor differences may occur between product images displayed on the website and the physical product, including differences in colour, appearance or packaging. Product availability may change without notice. If we discover an error in the price, description or availability of a product you have ordered, we will contact you and may provide the option to correct or cancel the affected order. ## 4. Prices All prices displayed on our website are in Nigerian Naira (₦), unless otherwise stated. Prices may change from time to time. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed separately before you complete your purchase. ## 5. Orders When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Delays may occur due to circumstances including: * courier or logistics delays; * public holidays; * severe weather; * incorrect or incomplete delivery information; * unsuccessful delivery attempts; or * other circumstances beyond NLP's reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including their name, phone number and delivery address. Where a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer provided incorrect information or was unavailable to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply where reasonably incurred. ## 8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges We want every customer to receive their order in satisfactory condition. If you receive a product that is: * damaged; * defective; * incorrect; or * materially different from the product ordered, please contact us within **5 days of delivery**. To help us resolve the issue, we may ask you to provide: * your order number; * a description of the issue; and * photographs or other reasonable evidence of the condition of the product. Depending on the circumstances, NLP may offer a replacement, exchange or refund.
