About Narrative Landscape Press Narrative Landscape Press is a registered Nigerian publishing company engaged in the publication, distribution and sale of books and related products. These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers and users of our website. ## 2. Use of the Website You may use our website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, NLP will arrange an appropriate refund for the cancelled product(s), subject to applicable law. ## 6. Payment Payments made through our website are processed using **Paystack** or another payment method expressly made available by NLP. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. Payment processing may be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the relevant payment service provider. NLP does not have access to your full payment-card details where payment is processed through a third-party payment provider. ## 7. Delivery NLP currently delivers orders **within Nigeria only**. Delivery timelines provided on the website or at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability and circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Delays may occur due to circumstances including: * courier or logistics delays; * public holidays; * severe weather; * incorrect or incomplete delivery information; * unsuccessful delivery attempts; or * other circumstances beyond NLP's reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including their name, phone number and delivery address. Where a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer provided incorrect information or was unavailable to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply where reasonably incurred. ## 8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged or you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us within **5 days of delivery**. We may request photographs or other information to help us assess the issue and liaise with our delivery or fulfilment partners where necessary. Where the issue is attributable to NLP or our fulfilment process, we will take reasonable steps to resolve the matter in accordance with applicable law. ## 10. Wholesale and Stockist Orders NLP may supply books to bookstores, retailers, institutions, organisations and other approved stockists on a wholesale basis. Wholesale and stockist orders may be subject to separate pricing, minimum order quantities, payment terms, delivery arrangements and other conditions communicated by NLP. Where separate written wholesale or stockist terms have been agreed, those terms will apply to the relevant transaction in addition to these Terms & Conditions. NLP reserves the right to approve or decline wholesale and stockist applications at its discretion.
