Welcome to Narrative Landscape Press (“NLP”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Narrative Landscape Press website, **www.narrativelandscape.com**, including browsing the website, purchasing books and other products, and accessing information about our publishing and wholesale services.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our website.
## 1. About Narrative Landscape Press
Narrative Landscape Press is a registered Nigerian publishing company engaged in the publication, distribution and sale of books and related products.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, customers and users of our website.
## 2. Use of the Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
You must not:
* use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose;
* interfere with the security or proper functioning of the website;
* attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
* introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material;
* copy, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without permission; or
* use the website in a way that could damage, disable or impair the website or interfere with another person's use of it.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the website where we reasonably believe these Terms & Conditions have been breached.
## 3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
However, minor differences may occur between product images displayed on the website and the physical product, including differences in colour, appearance or packaging.
Product availability may change without notice.
If we discover an error in the price, description or availability of a product you have ordered, we will contact you and may provide the option to correct or cancel the affected order.
## 4. Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in Nigerian Naira (₦), unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change from time to time. However, a change in price will not affect an order that has already been confirmed and paid for, except where an obvious pricing or system error has occurred.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed separately before you complete your purchase.
## 5. Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is accepted when NLP confirms the order and successful payment has been received.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including:
* the product being unavailable;
* an obvious pricing or product-description error;
* payment failure;
* suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
* circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, NLP will arrange an appropriate refund for the cancelled product(s), subject to applicable law.
## 6. Payment
Payments made through our website are processed using **Paystack** or another payment method expressly made available by NLP.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
Payment processing may be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the relevant payment service provider.
NLP does not have access to your full payment-card details where payment is processed through a third-party payment provider.
## 7. Delivery
NLP currently delivers orders **within Nigeria only**.
Delivery timelines provided on the website or at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delays may occur due to circumstances including:
* courier or logistics delays;
* public holidays;
* severe weather;
* incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
* unsuccessful delivery attempts; or
* other circumstances beyond NLP's reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including their name, phone number and delivery address.
Where a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer provided incorrect information or was unavailable to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply where reasonably incurred.
## 8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
We want every customer to receive their order in satisfactory condition.
If you receive a product that is:
* damaged;
* defective;
* incorrect; or
* materially different from the product ordered,
please contact us within **5 days of delivery**.
To help us resolve the issue, we may ask you to provide:
* your order number;
* a description of the issue; and
* photographs or other reasonable evidence of the condition of the product.
Depending on the circumstances, NLP may offer a replacement, exchange or refund.
For products that are correctly supplied and are not defective, returns or exchanges may be subject to the applicable product-specific return conditions.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Nigerian law.
## 9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please contact us within **5 days of delivery**.
We may request photographs or other information to help us assess the issue and liaise with our delivery or fulfilment partners where necessary.
Where the issue is attributable to NLP or our fulfilment process, we will take reasonable steps to resolve the matter in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Nigerian law.
## 17. Events Beyond Our Control
NLP will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These circumstances may include natural disasters, fire, flooding, strikes, civil disturbances, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, telecommunications or internet failures, or other similar events.
Where such circumstances affect an order or service, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers where practicable.
